How we handle your messageWe use what you send (your message, the page you sent it from, your browser language, your email if you add it, and how long you took to write it, to block spam) only to reply and to improve the site and the app. It is stored in a Google spreadsheet owned by Tiltnote (on Google’s servers, which may be outside your country). Messages not in Japanese are machine-translated into Japanese by Google so we can read them. We may also use an AI tool (Claude by Anthropic) to translate your message and draft our reply. We do not collect your IP address. There is no fixed retention period: we keep messages while we run the site. We treat every message the same way, wherever you are. To have your message deleted, email contact@tiltnote.com. Apart from the email field, please do not include your name, account numbers or passwords.
